At Heltop, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and products (websites, automation, digital marketing, SaaS, training, workflows, etc.).
However, due to the nature of digital products and customized services, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Digital Products (Workflows, Automations, Training, SaaS, etc.)

All delivered digital products (workflows, automations, training modules, SaaS access, etc.) are considered final and non-refundable, as they are immediately accessible upon purchase.

No refunds will be issued once the product has been downloaded, delivered, or activated.
2. Customized Services (Web Development, Marketing, Custom Automations, etc.)

For personalized projects, a deposit is usually required to begin the work. This deposit is non-refundable.

If the client decides to stop the project before final delivery, only the portion of the services not yet performed may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting the work already completed.
3. Subscriptions (SaaS, Maintenance, Digital Tools, etc.)

Subscription fees (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, and no future payments will be charged after cancellation.
4. Exceptions
A refund may only be granted in the following cases:

Duplicate charges or payment processing errors.

Product not delivered within the promised timeframe (unless the delay was caused by the client).
